TOO much love go inna dis food & it makes a difference. Our recipes come from Mount Salem, Jamaica, where Florence Harding raised eleven children and cooked seven days a week. Her granddaughter, Chef Sheron, now leads our kitchen alongside her daughters Nyesha and Tanisha and granddaughters Yanique and Kiera — sharing the same food we put on our own table. Find us at Newpark Town Center at Kimball Junction in Park City, a short drive from Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Heber and Midway.
Our Story
Jerk chicken over the coals, homemade flaky patties, ackee & saltfish, curry and oxtail — the food of Mount Salem, cooked the way Grandma Florence made it. Pair it all with a homemade ginger beer or a rum punch cocktail.
Our family gets it — everybody deserves a seat at the table. From quality ingredients to plant-based and gluten-free options, there’s something delicious in our kitchen for everyone.

Feeding a crowd? Family style meals are coming soon, with big trays of jerk chicken, rice & peas and sides to take home. For weddings, offices and reunions, our catering team brings the whole Hauz to you.
For the table
Game nights, live music, holiday feasts, private parties and 11Hauz pop-ups as we take the Hauz on the road. There is always something on — pull up a chair and stay a while.

Chef Sheron Grant grew up at her grandmother’s side at the coal stove in Mount Salem. Today she cooks with her daughters Nyesha and Tanisha and granddaughters Yanique and Kiera — four generations of one family’s recipes, served in the mountains of Utah.

Our group of 6 went for dinner and it was incredible. We ordered family style and every dish was incredible. The rum punch (and another rum drink I can’t remember) were both phenomenal. I can’t recommend 11 Hauz more!”
