Our Story
Four generations of one family’s recipes, from Mount Salem, Jamaica to the mountains of Utah.
It started at Grandma Florence’s stove
Our recipes come from Mount Salem, Jamaica, where Florence Harding raised eleven children and cooked seven days a week. Her granddaughter, Chef Sheron, now leads our kitchen alongside her daughters Nyesha and Tanisha and granddaughters Yanique and Kiera, sharing the same food we put on our own table.

Meet Chef Sheron
Sheron’s love for cooking began at just seven years old, guided by the gentle hands and wise heart of her grandmother, Florence Harding. In Florence’s kitchen in Montego Bay, Sheron learned that food is more than a meal. It’s a story, a memory and a way to bring people together.
From the markets of Montego Bay to the streets of Brooklyn, New York, she carried her grandmother’s recipes everywhere she went. Now she’s sharing that same love in Park City. Our mama, our grandma, our head chef, our foundation. Let’s big her up nuh!

Our Family
Chef Sheron Grant grew up at her grandmother’s side at the coal stove in Mount Salem. Today she cooks with her daughters Nyesha and Tanisha and granddaughters Yanique and Kiera, four generations of one family’s recipes served in the mountains of Utah.
