Meet Sheron
Sheron’s love for cooking began at just seven years old, guided by the gentle hands and wise heart of her grandmother, Florence Harding. In Florence’s kitchen in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Sheron learned that food is more than a meal. It’s a story, a memory and a way to bring people together.
From the vibrant markets of Montego Bay to the bustling streets of Brooklyn, New York, Sheron carried her grandmother’s recipes, spirit and passion everywhere she went. Now she’s sharing that same love here in Park City, Utah, serving up bold Jamaican flavors and heartfelt dishes inspired by home and by her greatest mentor, Florence.
